- Mezclar el puré con el salteado de lentejas, agregar la espinaca picada, probar y ajustar la sal si es necesario.
- Rellenar las papas, pasarlas a una fuente, y hornear a 200C durante aprox 15 minutos, o hasta que se dore el puré.
- Servir con la parte verde del cebollín como "topping"
