Luego agregar las lentejas y un poco de agua hirviendo a ojo (tener en cuenta que el agua se va a absorber un poco) dependiendo de su queremos un guiso con mucho o poco caldo. Revolver y tapar a fuego medio/bajo. Durante 15 min aproximadamente.
  7. Destapar de vez en cuando para revolver y probar que la lenteja esté bien cocida. Agregar sal si hace falta. Una vez listo, apagar el fuego y dejar tapado unos minutos. Servir caliente y si se gusta con un poco de queso rallado. A disfrutar!
  8. No es necesaria la carne si no tienen o no les gusta. También si quieren algo más picanton pueden agregar chorizo colorado. La papa va muy bien y se pone picada al principio con las verduras (probablemente les lleve más agua también), yo no tenía esta vez.
  9. Para congelar, una vez frío porcionar a gusto y poner en bolsitas o recipientes individuales y llevar al frezzer.
