- Se dejan en remojo las lentejas y los garbanzos (tienen distinto tiempo de remojo). Pasados los tiempos enjuagar
- Pelar y cortar las verduras. En una olla rehogar por 15 a 30 minutos, menos el zapallito. Luego agregar las legumbres y agua, dependiendo el gusto de cada uno, y dejar cocinando hasta que ablande un poco todo. Cuando está, agregar el zapallito que se hace rápido. Por último agregar el trigo ya enjuagado (o si se quiere arroz, hacerlo aparte y agregar cuando esté listo)
- Una vez que está todo cocido y blando (pero no deshecho), retirar del fuego y dejar reposando un rato. A mi en lo personal me gusta líquido, eso dependerá de cada uno.
