- Cuando este muy caliente agrega el tocino, el jamón y el chorizo espera que hierva muy bien y reserva

- Cuando empiece a hervir la lenteja agrega el puerco y la zanahoria y deja calentar por 15 min más
- Agrega lo que sofreíste y calienta 10 min más
- Pasado este tiempo agrega la papa y la calabaza
- Deja hervir 10 min y agrega el plátano en rodajas gruesas de 4 cm, deja hervir por 20 min y apaga
