- Una vez que rompe el hervor agregar la lenteja con la panceta picada y el zapallo cortado en cubo. Condimentar con el condimento guisero, o en su defecto agregar pimentón, laurel, comino, ají molido(todo en una cucharadita)
- Una vez que la lenteja está blandita agregar la papa cortada en cubitos y la arveja dejar pasar 10 minutos y agregar el arroz. Cocinar hasta que el arroz o la papa estén al dente.
