  3. 5 zanahorias
  4. 3 papas
  5. 1 cebolla

  10. (Pimentón, orégano, provenzal, pimienta y sal)

  1. Cortar en cubitos la cebolla, el ajo, las zanahorias, el pollo (si es pechuga, si no troceado esta bien) o carne y las papas.
  2. En una olla grande verter un chorro de aceite y dejar dorar la cebolla con el ajo y salar. Luego incorporar el pollo/carne y salpimentar, pueden agregar los condimentos, un poquito de cada uno. Tapar.
  3. Corroborar que la preparación no se nos queme, si es así echamos un poco de agua y revolvemos con cuchara (yo uso una de madera) Agregar la zanahoria y el puré de tomate.
  4. Luego de varios minutos incorporar medio litro de agua (yo la hiervo con anterioridad para facilitar la cocción).
  5. A esto le agregamos las lentejas (la cual dejamos dos horas antes remojando en agua para que se cocinen más rápido) y la papa.
  6. Agregamos 1 litro de agua, sal y dejamos 10'.
  7. Incorporamos el arroz, el medio litro más de agua (solo si es necesario) y si falta más sal y más condimentos.
  8. Tapar y dejar unos minutos a que se cocine el arroz, unos 6' aproximadamente. Yo lo apago antes por que siempre se termina de cocinar con el calor del guiso calentito. ;)
