    Cuando las lentejas estén secas, verterlas en un bol y con la ayuda de un tenedor, batidora o un procesador de alimentos, batir las lentejas hasta conseguir una pasta. Nosotros hemos preferido no batirlas tanto y dejar algunas lentejas enteras. Claro que todo depende del gusto de cada persona.
  4. En otro bol, mezclar la cebolla picada, la sal y la pimienta, el ajo y el perejil deshidratados, el orégano y la harina.
  5. Verter esta mezcla a la pasta de lentejas y mezclar para que se forme una masa. Reservar la masa por unos minutos en la heladera.
  6. Formar las hamburguesas con la mano. Si ves necesario, pasarlas por avena o harina.
  7. Colocar 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva en una asadera y esparcirlo por toda la superficie de la misma. Colocar las hamburguesas, llevar la asadera al horno a fuego moderado y cocinarlas de ambos lados.
  8. Una vez cocinadas, recomiendo comerlas de la siguiente manera: tomar dos rebanadas de pan integral, colocar queso crema en cada uno de las rebanadas (opcionalmente adicionar semillas de girasol sobre el queso untado), luego poner la hamburguesa y sobre ella lechuga, tomate y queso port salud, después colocar encima la otra rebanada y puede llevarse unos minutos al horno. Y a disfrutarlas!!!
