  2. 1 cebolla grande
  3. 3 dientes ajo
  4. 1 zanahoria mediana
  5. 1 papa mediana
  6. 2 latas tomate entero
  7. 2 costeletas gruesas (800 gr)
  8. 2 chorizos de cerdo
  9. 1 chorizo colorado
  10. 150 gr panceta
  11. 100 gramos jamón cocido
  12. Sal y pimienta a gusto
  13. 2 sobres saborizante
  14. 1 cucharadita ajo triturado
  15. Laurel
  16. 1 litro y medio de agua hirviendo
  17. 1 vasito vino blanco

  1. Con todos lo ingredientes preparados, se empieza dorando la panceta cortada en cubos o tiras, a fuego mínimo (si se desea con con poquito de aceite), junto con los chorizos para que también se doren. Una vez dorado todo, se retira y se reserva...

En la grasa que se derritió de la panceta (si hace falta se agrega un poquito más de aceite) se dora la cebolla y los ajos picados (del tamaño que se guste); cuando transparenta, se agrega la carne cortada en cubos, un poco de sal, pimienta y un sobre de saborizante (yo elegí de panceta y hierbas). Una vez que toma lindo color, se agrega el vino blanco y se deja evaporar el alcohol.
  3. Se agrega el tomate bien picado (no licuado, yo prefiero que se noten algunos trocitos), se vuelve a la olla la panceta y los chorizos enteros (los cocino enteros para que no se desarmen). Se deja cocinar unos 20 minutos. Se agrega agua hirviendo, otro sobre de saborizante, el laurel y el ajo triturado... se deja cocinar con olla tapada unos 10 minutos más...
  4. Se agregan las lentejas (yo no las remojo), se cocinan unos 20 minutos. Se suman la papa en cubos de 1.5 cm y la zanahoria en rodajas de medio centímetro. Se cocina todo unos 20 minutos más. Si hace falta, se corrige sazón y si se consumió el líquido, agregar un poco más de agua. Probar las lentejas y las verduras para ver el punto de cocción. A último momento se cortan los chorizos en rodajitas y se vuelven a la olla por 5 minutos más...
  5. Servir con un poco de queso cremoso en el fondo del plato y arriba... Buen provecho y espero que les guste!!!
